Privacy Policy
This page adapts the AXAI privacy content from the legacy `axai/` directory into Vega's ancillary-page system for `axai.co.uk` and `axai-dev.co.uk`.
1. Who We Are
Data controller: AX-ai Limited, company number 15014316. Registered office: Panoramic House, 4 Bankside, Watermark, Gateshead, NE11 9SY. Email: hello@axai.co.uk. If you are interacting with a campaign or journey delivered for one of our business clients, that client will usually be the controller and AX-ai Limited acts as processor on their behalf.
2. Scope
For business users, we process information for account administration, support, security, billing, and service delivery. For consumer prospects interacting with experiences we operate for clients, we generally process data only on the client’s documented instructions.
3. When We Act As Controller
We may process business contact details, support enquiries, commercial records, website usage data, and technical logs. Our lawful bases can include contract, legitimate interests, consent where required, and legal obligation depending on the purpose.
4. When We Act As Processor
Where AXAI powers a client campaign, onboarding flow, or operational journey, the relevant business client is responsible for providing the primary privacy notice. If you want to exercise data rights in that context, please contact the organisation you interacted with first.
5. Sharing & Suppliers
We use carefully selected suppliers for cloud hosting, support tooling, security monitoring, analytics, and communications delivery. We only share personal data where necessary for the service, where legally required, or where needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
6. International Transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we use appropriate safeguards such as the UK IDTA or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, plus supplementary measures where appropriate.
7. Cookies & Analytics
We use strictly necessary technologies to keep the site functional and secure. Non-essential analytics or measurement technologies are used only where the relevant consent choice has been given.
8. Retention & Security
We retain data for no longer than necessary for the purpose collected, subject to legal, contractual, and security requirements. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures including access control, least-privilege principles, encryption in transit, and monitoring.
9. Your Rights
Where AXAI acts as controller, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, subject to applicable law. You can contact hello@axai.co.uk about privacy matters, and you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
